學(xué)術(shù)講座:Recursive theory-of-mind reasoning about belief and desire using 2x2 games  時(shí)間:5月24日12:30-14:00 地點(diǎn):博學(xué)樓925 講座簡介: Theory-of-mind (ToM) is the modeling of mental states (such as belief, desire, knowledge, perception) through recursive (“I think you think I think …”) type reasoning in order to plan one’s action or anticipate others’ action. We investigate the depth of recursive theory-of-mind reasoning by constructing a series of two-player, sequential-move matrix games all terminating in a maximal of three steps. By carefully designing payoff matrices, the depth of recursive reasoning (i.e., first-order ToM versus second-order ToM) can be contrasted based on participants’ choice behavior in those games. Empirical findings support the idea that depth of ToM recursion (related to perspective-taking) and instrumental rationality (rational application of belief-desire to action) constitute separate processes.  主講人介紹: 張俊,美國密西根大學(xué)心理學(xué)系終身教授數(shù)學(xué)系終身教授,美國心理學(xué)協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)士,Psychonomics Society會(huì)士?,F(xiàn)任《數(shù)學(xué)心理學(xué)》雜志副主編,歷任數(shù)學(xué)心理學(xué)協(xié)會(huì)副主席、主席、執(zhí)行委員會(huì)委員,擔(dān)任全美腦與行為科學(xué)協(xié)會(huì)聯(lián)盟(FABBS)理事并入選為執(zhí)行董事。1985年獲得復(fù)旦大學(xué)理論物理學(xué)士,1992年獲得加里福尼亞大學(xué)伯克利神經(jīng)生物學(xué)博士,并獲聘于密西根大學(xué)任終身教職。在學(xué)術(shù)休假年度,張俊教授在澳洲墨爾本大學(xué)、法國科學(xué)院馬賽所、加拿大滑鐵盧大學(xué)、日本理研腦科學(xué)研究所、英國劍橋大學(xué)、美國哈佛大學(xué)等,擔(dān)任客座研究員、訪問教授等席位。張俊教授主持的M3實(shí)驗(yàn)室(“Mind,Machine,Mathematics”)長期開展腦與神經(jīng)元信號分析、計(jì)算視覺、認(rèn)知建模、機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)等累腦人工智能方面的研究。
