第六屆金融學(xué)術(shù)與政策論壇（2024）征文啟事

為推動(dòng)國(guó)內(nèi)外金融學(xué)科之間的交流，促進(jìn)學(xué)術(shù)界、政策界和實(shí)務(wù)界之間的互動(dòng)，對(duì)外經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易大學(xué)中國(guó)金融學(xué)院、經(jīng)濟(jì)研究雜志社、Journal of Empirical Finance（JEF）雜志社于2018年共同發(fā)起“金融學(xué)術(shù)與政策論壇”。論壇的主旨是：以?xún)?yōu)秀學(xué)術(shù)研究成果為紐帶，為國(guó)內(nèi)外金融學(xué)者、政策制定者以及金融從業(yè)者之間提供一個(gè)充分交流金融理論、政策及實(shí)務(wù)最新動(dòng)態(tài)的平臺(tái)；論壇上通過(guò)對(duì)理論和方法的探討，對(duì)實(shí)務(wù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的分享，以及與國(guó)內(nèi)外著名學(xué)術(shù)期刊編者之間的互動(dòng)，讓理論與實(shí)務(wù)、學(xué)術(shù)與政策相互融合，最終推進(jìn)中國(guó)金融學(xué)科的理論創(chuàng)新和金融體系的有序健康發(fā)展。金融學(xué)術(shù)與政策論壇迄今已于對(duì)外經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易大學(xué)成功舉辦五屆，歷屆論壇共100余位優(yōu)秀學(xué)者作了論文報(bào)告，并展開(kāi)了豐富、深入的學(xué)術(shù)討論，逾500名學(xué)術(shù)同仁蒞臨，在學(xué)術(shù)界和實(shí)業(yè)界都具有較大反響，取得了廣泛認(rèn)可。

黨的二十大報(bào)告指出，要加快構(gòu)建新發(fā)展格局，著力推動(dòng)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展，構(gòu)建高水平社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制，深化金融體制改革，建設(shè)現(xiàn)代中央銀行制度，加強(qiáng)和完善現(xiàn)代金融監(jiān)管，強(qiáng)化金融穩(wěn)定保障體系，依法將各類(lèi)金融活動(dòng)全部納入監(jiān)管，守住不發(fā)生系統(tǒng)性風(fēng)險(xiǎn)底線。健全資本市場(chǎng)功能，提高直接融資比重。這些在全面建設(shè)社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化國(guó)家新征程上，對(duì)我國(guó)金融領(lǐng)域的各界工作者提出了更新更高的要求。金融領(lǐng)域一系列重大的理論、實(shí)務(wù)與政策問(wèn)題有待各界工作者一起研究與討論，交流智力成果與實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

在此背景下，第六屆金融學(xué)術(shù)與政策論壇由對(duì)外經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易大學(xué)中國(guó)金融學(xué)院與廣東財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)金融學(xué)院共同承辦，計(jì)劃于2024年12月13-15日在廣東財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)舉辦。本屆論壇將延續(xù)往屆論壇的宗旨，關(guān)注經(jīng)濟(jì)、金融領(lǐng)域的新動(dòng)向、新需求，進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)學(xué)術(shù)、實(shí)務(wù)與政策的發(fā)展與對(duì)接。《經(jīng)濟(jì)研究》、《經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)（季刊）》、《國(guó)際金融研究》、《金融監(jiān)管研究》期刊將共同為本屆論壇提供學(xué)術(shù)支持。論壇擬邀請(qǐng)金融學(xué)科著名專(zhuān)家作主旨演講，并和與會(huì)者深度互動(dòng)，還將舉辦學(xué)科發(fā)展建設(shè)平行論壇，邀請(qǐng)國(guó)內(nèi)各院校的學(xué)科帶頭人進(jìn)行深度交流。此外，本屆論壇將繼續(xù)設(shè)立“經(jīng)濟(jì)與金融案例研究”模塊，邀請(qǐng)國(guó)內(nèi)一流的經(jīng)濟(jì)與金融案例研究者圍繞典型相關(guān)案例進(jìn)行交流討論，以期實(shí)現(xiàn)金融理論與實(shí)踐更緊密的結(jié)合，創(chuàng)新本論壇的模式。

為保證論壇的學(xué)術(shù)質(zhì)量，論壇組委會(huì)將邀請(qǐng)國(guó)內(nèi)外專(zhuān)家組建專(zhuān)門(mén)的論文評(píng)審委員會(huì)，結(jié)合本論壇定位對(duì)征文進(jìn)行匿名評(píng)審，確定入選論文。在論壇交流的基礎(chǔ)上，本屆論壇將選取數(shù)篇英文論文進(jìn)入JEF的投稿通道（dual submission）。

本屆論壇現(xiàn)面向海內(nèi)外公開(kāi)征文。征文須符合本論壇的定位，且須為作者原創(chuàng)的、尚未公開(kāi)出版的作品，以中英文寫(xiě)作均可，符合學(xué)術(shù)規(guī)范。為便于匿名評(píng)審與聯(lián)系，作者信息（姓名、工作單位、通訊作者、聯(lián)系電話、電子信箱等）請(qǐng)列于獨(dú)立的征文首頁(yè)。征文作者請(qǐng)于2024年9月15日前將征文電子版（PDF格式）發(fā)送至CIFFP@uibe.edu.cn，郵件主題請(qǐng)注明“金融學(xué)術(shù)與政策論壇（2024）”征文字樣。

論文入選通知與論壇參加邀請(qǐng)函將于2024年10月初向作者發(fā)出。

Call for Papers:

The 6th China International Forum on Finance and Policy

The China School of Banking and Finance (SBF) at the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE), co-organized with the School of Finance at the Guangdong University of Finance & Economics, joint with the Journal of Empirical Finance (JEF), the Economic Research Journal (經(jīng)濟(jì)研究), the China Economic Quarterly (經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)(季刊)), the Studies of International Finance (國(guó)際金融研究), and Financial Regulation Research (金融監(jiān)管研究) plan to jointly organize the 6th China International Forum on Finance and Policy (CIFFP) on December 13-15, 2024 in Guangzhou, China, in an onsite only format.

The purpose of the forum is to provide an international platform for leading financial market researchers, policy makers, and practitioners to exchange ideas on academic research, regulatory policies, and real world applications, thereby promoting the development of academic research, policies and regulations, as well as the Chinese financial system. The CIFFP conferences have been successfully held in Beijing in 2018-2023. This year, the 6th CIFFP conference committee welcomes the submission of original unpublished research papers with a China focus. Both English and Chinese language papers will be considered. Papers submitted to the conference will undergo formal review by a committee of domestic and overseas experts.

In addition, this year’s conference offers a dual submission option with the Journal of Empirical Finance (English language papers). Authors must indicate when submitting papers whether they are interested in having their papers considered under the dual submission option. Dual submission papers will be made available for consideration by the JEF editor. At the discretion of the editor, dual submission papers will be sent out for a formal review, in which case the authors will receive copies of the referee reports.

Electronic version of the papers in PDF format should be submitted to CIFFP@uibe.edu.cn, with the Subject “2024 CIFFP Submission” and dual submission preference indicated in the body of the email. The submission deadline is September 15, 2024 and the program committee’s decision will be sent to the submitting authors in early October 2024.
