中國(guó)金融學(xué)術(shù)與政策論壇（2019）征文啟事

為推動(dòng)國(guó)內(nèi)外金融學(xué)科之間的交流，推動(dòng)學(xué)術(shù)界、政策界和實(shí)務(wù)界之間的互動(dòng)，對(duì)外經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易大學(xué)金融學(xué)院、《經(jīng)濟(jì)研究》編輯部、the Journal of Empirical Finance（JEF），對(duì)外經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易大學(xué)中國(guó)金融研究所共同發(fā)起“中國(guó)金融學(xué)術(shù)與政策國(guó)際論壇”。本論壇定位為：以頂尖學(xué)術(shù)研究為紐帶，為國(guó)內(nèi)外金融學(xué)者、政策制定者以及金融從業(yè)者之間提供一個(gè)充分交流金融理論、金融政策、金融實(shí)務(wù)最新動(dòng)態(tài)的平臺(tái)。本論壇的主旨在于，通過(guò)與會(huì)者對(duì)理論和方法的探討，對(duì)實(shí)務(wù)應(yīng)用的分享，以及與國(guó)內(nèi)外頂級(jí)期刊之間的互動(dòng)，讓理論與實(shí)務(wù)、學(xué)術(shù)與政策相互碰撞，最終推進(jìn)中國(guó)金融學(xué)科的理論發(fā)展創(chuàng)新和金融體系的有序健康發(fā)展。

2018年7月，“首屆中國(guó)金融學(xué)術(shù)與政策國(guó)際論壇（2018）” 已于對(duì)外經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易大學(xué)成功舉辦，40余位優(yōu)秀學(xué)者進(jìn)行了論文報(bào)告和豐富、深入的學(xué)術(shù)討論，100多位學(xué)術(shù)同行蒞臨參會(huì)，在學(xué)術(shù)界和實(shí)業(yè)界都具有較大反響，取得了廣泛認(rèn)可。第二屆“中國(guó)金融學(xué)術(shù)與政策國(guó)際論壇”論壇定于2019年12月14日至15日在對(duì)外經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易大學(xué)舉辦。本屆論壇將延續(xù)上屆論壇的基本宗旨，關(guān)注經(jīng)濟(jì)、金融領(lǐng)域的新動(dòng)向、新需求，進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)學(xué)術(shù)、實(shí)務(wù)與政策的發(fā)展與對(duì)接。

本屆論壇將邀請(qǐng)俄亥俄州立大學(xué)講席教授張櫓（Lu Zhang）做主旨演講，并和與會(huì)者深度互動(dòng)。除此之外，論壇還將舉辦政策平行論壇，邀請(qǐng)金融管理部門(mén)專家與國(guó)內(nèi)一流金融機(jī)構(gòu)的首席經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家參加。

為保證論壇的學(xué)術(shù)質(zhì)量，論壇組委會(huì)將邀請(qǐng)國(guó)內(nèi)外金融學(xué)科著名專家組建專門(mén)的論文評(píng)審委員會(huì)，結(jié)合本論壇定位對(duì)征文進(jìn)行匿名評(píng)審，確定入選論文。在論壇交流的基礎(chǔ)上，還將評(píng)選出3-5篇優(yōu)秀的中文論文，直接進(jìn)入《經(jīng)濟(jì)研究》匿名審稿程序；本屆論壇將選取數(shù)篇文章進(jìn)入JEF的投稿通道（Dual Submission）。受邀論文須于會(huì)議結(jié)束后三個(gè)月的時(shí)間之內(nèi)提交給《經(jīng)濟(jì)研究》和JEF編輯部。

本屆論壇現(xiàn)面向海內(nèi)外公開(kāi)征文。征文須符合本論壇的定位，且須為作者原創(chuàng)的、尚未公開(kāi)出版的作品，以中英文寫(xiě)作均可，請(qǐng)分別參照《經(jīng)濟(jì)研究》與Journal of Empirical Finance寫(xiě)作體例，符合國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)規(guī)范。為便于匿名評(píng)審與聯(lián)系，作者信息（姓名、工作單位、通訊作者、聯(lián)系電話、電子信箱等）請(qǐng)列于獨(dú)立的征文首頁(yè)。

征文作者請(qǐng)于2019年10月10日前將征文電子版（PDF格式）發(fā)送至CIFFP@uibe.edu.cn，郵件主題請(qǐng)注明“中國(guó)金融學(xué)術(shù)與政策國(guó)際論壇（2019）”征文字樣，郵件內(nèi)容請(qǐng)注明是否選擇進(jìn)入《經(jīng)濟(jì)研究》/Journal of Empirical Finance審稿流程。

論文入選通知函及論壇參加邀請(qǐng)函將于2019年11月10日前向作者發(fā)出。

 

 

Call for Papers： The 2nd China International Forum on Finance and Policy

 

The School of Banking and Finance (SBF) at the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE), the Economic Research Journal (ERJ, 經(jīng)濟(jì)研究), the Journal of Empirical Finance (JEF), and the China Institute of Finance and Banking (CIFB) at the University of International Business and Economics are jointly organizing the 2nd China International Forum on Finance and Policy (CIFFP) on December 14-15 in Beijing, China. 

 

The purpose of the forum is to provide an international platform for leading financial market researchers, policy makers, and practitioners to exchange ideas on academic research, regulatory policies, and real world applications, thereby promoting the development of academic research, policies and regulations, as well as the Chinese financial system. This year’s CIFFP conference will feature a keynote speech by Professor Lu Zhang, the John W. Galbreath Chair Professor of Finance at the Fisher College of Business, The Ohio State University and participation of experts from regulatory agencies and leading financial institutions in China.

 

The program committee welcomes the submission of original unpublished research papers in all areas of finance. Both English and Chinese language papers will be considered. Papers submitted to the conference will undergo formal review by a committee of domestic and overseas experts.

 

In addition, this year’s conference offers a dual submission option with either the Economic Research Journal (Chinese language papers) or the Journal of Empirical Finance (English language papers). Authors must indicate when submitting papers whether they are interested in having their papers considered under the dual submission option. Dual submission papers will be made available for consideration by the ERJ and JEF editors. At the discretion of the editors, dual submission papers will be sent out for a formal review, in which case the authors will receive copies of the referee reports. If invited, authors have until three months after the conference to submit their papers to the ERJ or JEF, regardless whether the papers are accepted for presentation at the conference.

 

Electronic version of the papers in PDF format should be submitted to CIFFP@uibe.edu.cn, with the Subject “2019 CIFFP Submission” and dual submission preference indicated in the body of the email. The submission deadline is October 10, 2019 and the program committee’s decision will be sent to the submitting authors by November 10, 2019.
